Description
The Red Banner was a Mongolian Communist song written during its revolution in 1920. The song was used throughout the duration of the People’s Republic of Mongolia, and is still used as a marching song today. Later versions written in the 70s and 80s, such as this one, changed the words of the second stanza to represent Mongolia’s political situation.
