so sorry if you heard the first cover of this song and then saw it gone from the channel, i honestly thought i didn't practice well enough the song so it felt way too rushed at the end and I didn't feel happy with my rendition so i had to re do it. anyways i hope you will love this one as well. x

man this song... one of the few songs that have truly touched my soul in a way i can't explain. This one and about you by the 1975 are my favorite discovering from 2023 and 2024.
I remember like it was yesterday the first time i listen to it, well it was a few months ago so it was kind of not too far ago lol
I was feeling kind of lost so i went for a walk and this song was on my ' weekly discovery' and as I listened I saw the mountains and suddenly all my "problems" faded away, as I was thinking how like the song says we all roam alone on an island which is our lives, but some days might feel like the boat of hope is gone or maybe we loose something or someone and our life feels empty. But then the day comes again where the mountains seem taller again or the blue in the water returns.
So then as always i returned home with more joy than when i left it
i always have to remind myself there is so much life that is ready to fill us when we allow ourselves to be seen, even if it means to be seen by nature
cause we cant possibly experiment life and let that life light up a fire within us if we do not get out of a 4 wall bedroom, i had to tell myself this while dealing with depression and health problems and not wanting to get out of my house.
Anyways i just fell in love with the song
so please do yourself a favor and If you have a chance, listen to it, you might love it, you might not, but you will never know if you don't take the chance.
