Carnegie Hall, New York. 26th October, 1963. Bob had recently recorded the song in the studio for the album, which was released on January 3, 1964. In between these two dates, there was the 'Murder Most Foul' of the president John F. Kennedy, on November 22, 1963: https://youtu.be/3NbQkyvbw18 .. It looks like Bob played The Times They Are A-Changin' once in December of 1963, but for most of 1964 he didn't play The Times They Are A-Changin ' (until later on in the year), instead opening concerts with One Too Many Mornings .. The last time that Bob played the song was in the White House in 2010. It seems to me that maybe he decided that would be the last one... and then of course in 2020 he released Murder Most Foul.
