Description
Hey everyone, after a 1-month hiatus, I'm thrilled to announce that the podcast is back! I took some time off to embrace imperfection and the willingness to publish recordings that aren't 100% perfect. Though I strive for the best sound quality, I realized that sometimes it's okay to share moments with slight imperfections, like traffic or airplane noise. From now on, I'll just add a note when I publish episodes with such sounds.
As the snow melts and flowers bloom 🌸, I'm ecstatic about the return of the dawn chorus. This enchanting natural phenomenon features birds singing in harmony to greet a new day, defend territories, and communicate with each other. The chorus begins just before dawn and lasts for hours, with different bird species chiming in at different times. It's a true symphony of nature! 🌳🐦
I recently got a new recording kit from SR3D Binaural Microphones 🎤 to test out and share my thoughts. Stay tuned for a separate post and video about this kit in the coming weeks!
To capture the dawn chorus, I visited my favorite recording spot at Sleeping Bear Dunes 🌊. I spent a couple of hours soaking in the magic of this natural orchestra. Listen to this episode by clicking the link in my bio or find it wherever you get your podcasts. Enjoy, and thanks for your support! ❤️
