The Mother is a song from Desert Magic’s album, In the Universe. It’s a setting of Verse 52 of the Tao Te Ching.
This verse traces all manifestations back to their source and advises to stay aware of and rooted in the origin of all external form. In other words, observe the children (the form) but hold onto the Mother (the formless).
