✨Native American legend holds that dreams find us by drifting through the night air.
Some tribes developed "dreamcatchers"; woven objects that are believed to trap bad dreams while allowing the good to pass through, finding their way to you.

✨There have been times in my life that particularly bad dreams left me feeling traumatized for weeks and I feared falling asleep. I now use these dreamcatchers which help me to feel safe and allow me to fall asleep peacefully.

✨I've included them in this sound bath so that they may protect you as well. I also created gentle singing bowl music with the intentions of allowing you to feel safe and fall asleep quickly while generating positive feelings and good dreams.
