Back in 2022, EMC presented ‘Cultural Union’ - a program that was a part of the UK Australia Season 2022. The program included three days of collaborative music making with a cohort of Australian and British-based artists at the iconic RAK Studios in London, followed by performances by Australian artists at Gilles Peterson’s We Out Here festival.
NSW-based Natalie Slade wrote and recorded a beautiful song during those sessions at RAK Studio, and today we're sharing the story behind Natalie’s experience and the making of that song. As The Stars was released last week, and is a part of Natalie’s beautiful forthcoming album, coming out on BBE Music.
