How has it already been a month? Who pressed the fast-forward button--


I went back and forth on whether I should try and cover the frankly insane mid-section of this piece and ultimately decided against it. If I did, this would take another year for me to record. Kevin Penkin, as always, went all out on the nonsense. (I love it though.)

Went a bit hard on the reverb this time because that's how it is in the original, and the vibe really isn't the same without it. Makes it even nicer to loop for me!

This was surprisingly tricky to record, especially in terms of keeping the tempo steady. It's still kind of wobbly in places, but I'll let it slide.

I constantly have the season 2 medley in the back of my head, but out of absolutely nowhere, I've recently been gripped by the movie soundtrack! Maybe I'll try to cover some things from it first...
