This song is also new to me. It is Ciaràn Bourke singing. I don't know the year. It is in C major a bit higher than standard. I have the guitar tuned a bit sharp. I have open C. The chords are: C, F bar-chord, G7. There is an intro, five verses and short choruses, with the fifth chorus twice, then the end. There is a pause in the fifth verse. The verses are solo and the chorus is everyone singing. You must be interested in it! I sold this guitar on Gumtree.ie.
