There's so much more to unpack with this song,
WHY am I doing this? I truly love Latin music history, specifically the history of Salsa in NY. It makes me feel connected to my father who was a salsero in the 70s that contributed to the growth of the genre as a conguero and pianist.
AND, I'm also, putting out my own version of Aguanile. It was important to me to get into those lyrics and really understand the layers within that song.
