I think the way we choose to see something challenging in life is one of our greatest opportunities for growth.

The ability to turn lemons into lemonade is a skill I continue to cultivate every day. Especially when it comes to working with others.

Often times I'm triggered by little things that really don't matter and it takes a significant amount of internal awareness and growth to be open, curious and kind... to choose to grow through the triggers and frustrations into a better artist, singer, leader, husband, human.
