I created a composition of Tibetan singing bowls with soothing background and nature sounds to get relaxing effects and as aid in meditation.

► Tibetan Singing Bowls

Singing bowls have been used since ancient times for meditation and for their relaxing effects. They are traditionally made with 7 metals representing the 7 planets.
Tibetan singing bowls produce sounds which invoke a state of relaxation that assists in meditation. They are a very important support to meditation and can be found on Buddhist temples and altars worldwide.
Tibetan singing bowls are also used for deep relaxation and stress reduction.
Tibetan bowls are manufactured mainly of bell metal, copper and tin.
Sometime singing bowls are made of an alloy consisting of various metals, often seven, each associated with a heavenly body. Those commonly mentioned are gold, silver, mercury, copper, iron, tin and lead but also other impurities in smaller quantity like lead, zinc, iron and silver (sometimes meteoritic iron)
Singing Bowls are often decorated with an inscription like a goodwill message or decorative motifs such as rings, stars, dots or leaves, devanagari characters.
