*SPOILERS If YOU HAVEN'T SEEN DIAMOND IS UNBREAKABLE YET*

His name is Yoshikage Kira, he is 33 years old and he lives on the northeast side of Morioh where the villas are, and he is not married. He works as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and he gets home everyday by 8pm at the latest. He doesn't smoke, but he occassionally drinks. He's in bed by 11pm, and he makes sure to get eight hours of sleep no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, he usually has no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, he wakes up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. He was told there were no issues at his last check-up. I'm trying to explain that Yoshikage Kira is a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. He takes care not to trouble himself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause him to lose sleep at night. That's how he deals with society and he knows this is what brings him happiness. Although if he were to fight, he wouldn't lose to anyone...

This guy's power and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure's overall wackiness and tomfoolery with their scenes and colors and the characters' powers, and abilities gave me the freedom to basically make this however I wanted and I gotta say it turned out fantastic-well for me at least. But go easy on me about the effects. I'm not new to effects but I'm new to working only in Adobe Premiere and After Effects and this was my first full-length amv that I made using only those two so it might look a little clunky at times (after a while going back to fix the issues in Premiere Pro ended up making it worse which is why this is coming out in May instead of March like I originally planned).

Having heard this on GTA while having my character dance in my nightclub to the Dixon setlist got me thinking that this is a song best suited for a criminal. However my odd, naturally subversive ways told me that this intense song had to go to a meek villain, but one that stands out as if they were strong. For a while I couldn't think of anyone. That all changed when I got up to the episode in Diamond Is Unbreakable where Yoshikage Kira prevented Shigechi from escaping and did that creepy "No, no, no" thing and I was very much considering him for this song. I wasn't completely sure I should use it for him though. What solidified this song for him was actually a very small moment towards the end of the season where Hayato noticed Kira following him and Kira slightly moved behind a thin tree as if that was going to mask his presence. Yup...that was it...It was then that he was officially "hidden" through the "tropics" LOL

His original theme was cool but ya gotta have something more dangerous for someone like him. Also just so everyone is aware, when I was making this I had no idea what the lyrics were to this song aside from "through the tropics" but this beat couldn't be wasted. However upon some research when I finished the amv I found out that this song was made from a 19th century poem called "Quinquireme of Nineveh from Distant Ophir" and I think they actually say "dipping" through the tropics. But as long as the theme or juxtaposition fit I still think it works. It's just the perfect beat for a dastardly villain and who better than the man carrying too many severed hands: Yoshikage Kira! Any character who can pull that off deserves their own secondary theme music of almost-inaudible vocals and creepy added sound-effects, and this is how it would go...
